(c) You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase. Savvy Seats is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
(d) Ticket prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.
(e) Additional service fees, processing fees, and taxes may apply to purchases. These fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Account Registration
You may browse Savvy Seats without registering an account. However, certain features, such as purchasing tickets, require account registration. By purchasing tickets through Savvy Seats, you acknowledge the risks associated with attending live events, including potential exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. You assume all such risks and waive any claims against Savvy Seats or its partners.
Event Cancellations & Refunds
Savvy Seats follows the refund and cancellation policies set by event organizers and ticket sellers. If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund as per the seller's policies. Service fees are non-refundable.
(a) All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Purchase Policy.
(b) If an event is canceled or postponed, refund policies will be determined by the event organizer. Savvy Seats is not responsible for event cancellations or rescheduling.
Mobile Messaging
We offer browsing and mobile messaging services, including alerts, promotions, and product offers. You may opt in to receive mobile alerts and authorize us to use automated technology to send messages to your provided mobile number. Consent is not required for purchases.
Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges incurred. Service availability depends on your carrier. To opt out, reply "STOP" to an alert or email texthelp@savvyseats.com with your request and mobile number. Opt-out requests may take up to 10 days.
By using our service, you authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account for identity verification and fraud prevention. We are not responsible for message accuracy, delivery issues, or storage failures.
Violation Of The Terms
We may investigate violations, provide information to law enforcement, and take legal action as necessary. We may terminate your account, cancel orders, and prevent site access if you violate these terms. Excessive use of the site beyond set limits may incur liquidated damages.

Our liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
