By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

Our Privacy Policy, Purchase Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines that may be applicable to particular offers or features on the Site are also incorporated into the Terms. By visiting or using the Site, you expressly agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

Please note that while some of the events listed on the Site may appeal to children, the Site is not targeted at children under the age of 18, and they are not permitted to use the Site. Ticket Purchases and Transactions
(a) All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation by Savvy Seats.
(b) By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by our Purchase Policy, which includes information on refunds, exchanges, and event cancellations.
(c) You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase. Savvy Seats is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

 (d) Ticket prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.
(e) Additional service fees, processing fees, and taxes may apply to purchases. These fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Account Registration

You may browse Savvy Seats without registering an account. However, certain features, such as purchasing tickets, require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions. 

COVID-19 Disclaimer

By purchasing tickets through Savvy Seats, you acknowledge the risks associated with attending live events, including potential exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. You assume all such risks and waive any claims against Savvy Seats or its partners.

Event Cancellations & Refunds

Savvy Seats follows the refund and cancellation policies set by event organizers and ticket sellers. If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund as per the seller's policies. Service fees are non-refundable.
(a) All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Purchase Policy.
(b) If an event is canceled or postponed, refund policies will be determined by the event organizer. Savvy Seats is not responsible for event cancellations or rescheduling.

Mobile Messaging

At Savvy Seats, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. However, we may share information with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, to ensure a seamless user experience. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Savvy Seats offers browsing and mobile messaging services, including alerts, promotions, and product offers. Savvy Seats and Savvy Seats Events 

a. Purpose: Users who opt in to Savvy Seats mobile messaging can expect to receive exclusive alerts, promotions, and updates on the hottest live events, including concerts, sports, and theater. Messages may include early access to ticket sales, special discounts, VIP experiences, event reminders, and limited-time offers. Stay informed and never miss out on the best seats for your favorite events!

b. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

c. Support & Assistance: If you experience issues with our messaging program, reply “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at info@savvyseats.com.

d. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

e. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent and received. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

f. Privacy & Security: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

By using our service, you authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account for identity verification and fraud prevention. Savvy Seats is not responsible for message accuracy, delivery issues, or storage failures.

By opting in, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Violation Of The Terms

We may investigate violations, provide information to law enforcement, and take legal action as necessary. We may terminate your account, cancel orders, and prevent site access if you violate these terms. Excessive use of the site beyond set limits may incur liquidated damages.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We are not responsible for third-party actions or inaccuracies.

Limitation Of Liability

Savvy Seats is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, or venue policies. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Site or ticket transactions. Savvy Seats is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use. Our liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

(b) We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our Website.

Indemnification
