FAQ
What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Tickets are unique and typically can't be reprinted or reissued to prevent fraud; all sales are final. If you manage to reprint tickets, only the original quantity purchased will be valid—any other copies will be invalid after scanning.
I haven’t received or accidentally deleted the email with the information to print my tickets. What should I do?
Please check your Spam folder to ensure that the email containing the link to your tickets is not there. If you've deleted the email and cannot be retrieved from your trash, please call us at (929) 595-7144.
Are you Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc.?
We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, StubHub, or any other ticketing website, but they may have tickets available for the event you're interested in.
When will my tickets ship, and how soon will they arrive?
If you're not purchasing eTickets, delivery times can vary. We'll ship your tickets as soon as we receive them. Though immediate shipment isn't guaranteed, they will arrive before the event. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about delivery.
How can I contact you?
You may contact us by phone at (929) 595-7144 or by email at thomas@savvyseats.com
How many tickets can I order at one time?
The number of tickets you can purchase at once depends on the individual seller. Generally, you can buy the entire block of tickets, but you can't combine separate listings or leave a single ticket when ordering from a group of two or more.
What are your fees?
There are no additional fees when ordering on Savvy Seats!
Am I guaranteed to purchase seats together?
Unless stated otherwise, we guarantee that your seats will be together.
Are Emails My Tickets?
No, emails themselves are not tickets and won't grant you entry to an event or venue. They contain details about your ticket delivery method and instructions. Keep in mind, that you may need to download items from the email or create an account to access your tickets.
